Synopsis

Dexter summoned the elusive "shoe gnomes" to mend his boots, yet found he could not be rid of them afterward. Dee Dee declared the sole solution was a swift kick to their rear. Dexter dispatched the final gnome with his boot, but the damage to the footwear was renewed.
