Synopsis

When a U.S. Navy vessel carrying sensitive surveillance equipment finds itself marooned in hostile territory, President Kirkman must navigate a delicate negotiation for the crew and ship's safe return. Should the vessel fall into enemy hands, the technology it holds would pose a grave danger to national security. Concurrently, Chief of Staff Emily Rhodes unexpectedly reconnects with a figure from her past.
