Synopsis

When Joseph’s childhood friend is wrongly accused by the LAPD, he draws Bill into his quest for the truth. Paula finds herself in a precarious situation as her hospital tasks her with the difficult work of staff reductions to balance its budget. Simultaneously, Cade grapples with doubts about the children in his care.
