Synopsis

When Dennis manages to distract the officer who apprehended his father, Ruff swiftly snatches the policeman’s hat. A chase ensues, with Dennis and the officer pursuing Ruff through the city streets, leaving a trail of disruption in their path. Later, after Ruff is apprehended, Dennis intervenes in a bank robbery and is subsequently awarded an honorary position with the police force.
