Synopsis

Light and Misa align themselves with the task force, their goal the capture of Kira. Yet, L’s doubts regarding the pair remain persistent; he suspects their memory loss was a deliberate act, a means of transferring their powers to another. Upon realizing they are the focus of official scrutiny, a faction of Yotsuba executives seeks assistance from the investigator Babel, a man ultimately revealed to be Near in disguise.
