Synopsis

Misa confesses her love for Light and offers her assistance in eliminating L. Simultaneously, L informs the task force that the recent murders following the broadcast suggest the emergence of a second Kira. He then proposes bringing Light into the investigation, intending to both advance the case and potentially provoke a reveal.
