Synopsis

Jewel sought the doctor’s care. Leon and Eddie returned to work for Cy. Alma’s father arrived from New York. The camp’s selection for sheriff did not please Bullock. And so, a crisis arose; Jewel needed treatment, and Doc was her only hope. Leon and Eddie, ever dutiful, resumed their work for Cy. A visit from Alma's father brought a ripple of change to the community. But the town's choice of law enforcement left a bitter taste in Bullock’s mouth.
