Synopsis

The killer's relentless campaign of violence persists, and with every man in the town now vulnerable, Commissioner Hastings pursues a false trail. Meanwhile, Dulcie, Eddie, Sven, and Abby continue their clandestine investigation, and at long last, they unravel the identity of the perpetrator.
