Synopsis

During the mid to late nineteen nineties, a relentless series of assaults gripped Arkansas, perpetrated by a predator quickly known to law enforcement as “The Blue Light Rapist.” While investigators desperately sought to halt his crimes, his attention turned toward seventeen-year-old Shannon Woods.
