Synopsis

Billboards along Canada’s Highway 16 offer a stark warning: Girls, do not hitchhike on the Highway of Tears. Phelps and Kelly venture into the heart of the Canadian wilderness to examine the unsettling disappearances of more than thirty women along this isolated stretch of road. Could a single killer be responsible, or are there multiple perpetrators at work? Will anyone ever feel safe again?
