Synopsis

Phelps and Kelly traveled to Boca Raton, Florida, to look into a disturbing string of kidnappings and murders. Two women had been fatally shot leaving the very same shopping mall—one in March 2007, another in December. Was this the result of robberies turned violent, or the calculated actions of a serial killer?
