Synopsis

In the spring of 1992, a serial killer left a trail of six victims across three Midwestern states, each found shot execution style. All had worked in small shops situated just blocks from I-70. Phelps and Kelly embarked on a lengthy journey through the Midwest to investigate these unsolved murders along this isolated stretch of highway.
