Synopsis

Phelps and Kelly journeyed to the somber seaside town of Newport, Oregon, drawn by the unsettling investigation into the unsolved murders of five young women. The bodies of local girls had been discovered, abandoned in the surrounding woods, suggesting the presence of a serial killer. But who was this man? And what perverse clues might he have concealed?
