Synopsis

Between 1976 and 1977, a predator kidnapped and killed four children within the prosperous residential areas of Detroit. Phelps ventured into the unsettling underbelly of suburban life to pose a chilling question: What sort of fiend would bathe, meticulously clean, and dress his victims in fresh clothing after taking their lives?
