Synopsis

During the years 1978 to 1988, seven women were viciously stabbed and left in the woodlands of the Connecticut River Valley. Phelps is pursuing leads by speaking with a woman who lived through the serial killer’s assault and might be able to shed light on a potential new suspect in the investigation.
