Synopsis

At the market, Daniel trailed along beside his father, but his enthusiasm quickly faded. A display of cookies caught his eye – cookies he desperately wanted – and a wave of disappointment washed over him when his dad gently explained that they weren’t in the budget today. The small boy's lower lip trembled with frustration; it was a longing he couldn't quite contain.
