Synopsis

A disconcerting leak had forced the quarantine of Swellview, and Captain Man, along with the rest of the Danger Force, found themselves confined to their homes as a demonstration of civic responsibility. However, the enforced idleness soon began to chafe. Captain Man, in particular, succumbed to a restless energy, and the desire to uncover the source of the leak proved irresistible.
