Synopsis

The eighth series of *Dancing on Ice* premiered on Sunday, January 6, 2013. Philip Schofield and Christine Bleakley reprised their roles as hosts, guiding the celebrity contestants. Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean continued as mentors, offering expertise and support. Louie Spence and Katarina Witt departed from their judging positions, with Jason Gardiner, Ashley Roberts, and Karen Barber taking their place. Robin Cousins returned to the panel as head judge.
