Synopsis

Troubled by unpredictable moods and a dependence on alcohol, Sue Ellen is committed to a sanitarium. Upon escaping, she gives birth to her child after enduring a harrowing ordeal. Simultaneously, Bobby begins to harbor a growing suspicion that Cliff is the father of Sue Ellen’s infant.
