Synopsis

Wilson happened to overhear Mrs. Pike confiding in Frank that she was expecting. He leapt to a conclusion – assuming she was with child and that he was the father. However, the truth proved quite different; she was caring for an evacuee. Mainwaring, initially offering advice that Wilson should marry her, quickly retracted his suggestion once the misunderstanding had been resolved.
