I found Cutie Pie to be a really engaging, dramatic series. Initially, I assumed the central issue would revolve around the characters being arranged for marriage and betrothed from childhood, which meant they hadn't had opportunities to have relationships with anyone else—and one of them wanting to explore those possibilities while the other was content with things as they were. That’s what I anticipated the plot would be about. Despite the story taking a different direction than that, I still enjoyed watching it quite a bit. It’s full of drama and there were moments when it felt frustrating, particularly seeing two adult men struggle to communicate their feelings to each other. The romantic storylines were charming, and NuNew and Zee have incredible chemistry; they're the reason I watched, and I wasn’t disappointed. I wonder if anyone else gets emotional during weddings, even when watching them on television—or is that something only I do?
