Synopsis

In Omaha, Nebraska, a frustrated local deliberately walks through a newly laid concrete surface. Meanwhile, in Miami, Florida, a recalcitrant passenger on a commercial flight creates unrest, generating disruption even before the aircraft has ascended into the air.
