Synopsis

He observed that a crimson sunset often heralded fair weather, and watched with interest as The Man With The Yellow Hat painted one. Inspired, George resolved to draw the clouds and study their movements, seeking to decipher the secrets of the sky. He discovered that other creatures possessed their own methods of forecasting; the chirping of crickets, for instance, offered a clue to the approaching conditions. He began to learn how humans themselves predicted the weather.
