Synopsis

George had acquired a new companion in the city: Compass, a homing pigeon belonging to the doorman and kept on the apartment building’s roof. Compass, however, possessed a regrettable lack of navigational skill. When the Man declared that no pigeons were to be permitted within the apartment, George resolved to construct Compass a new dwelling on the balcony. He envisioned a tree, but soon discovered that replicating nature's artistry was far more challenging than he anticipated. He pondered the
