Synopsis

Larry now wishes he hadn’t secured Cha-Cha a position within the building, as her monitoring of his bathroom routines has proven deeply intrusive. He encounters further difficulties with her when attempting private phone calls, forced to speak in a hushed tone. The residents, particularly Blacks and Larry himself, are increasingly exasperated by Cheryl's environmentally conscious but undeniably unpleasant toilet paper. Adding to the mounting frustrations, a waiter takes exception to the preparat
