Synopsis

The murder of a guidance counselor at an exclusive private school prompted the mayor to demand Mac and his team immediately redirect their efforts to the case. Mac felt a familiar frustration; the investigation would require resources – time and personnel – that he simply didn't have to dedicate to the elusive "Taxi Cab Killer."
