Synopsis

When 911 calls from New York City go unanswered, the Cyber team determines the cause: an airborne computer virus infecting cell phones. They must now track down the hacker behind this disruption. Meanwhile, D.B., responding to a text message mistakenly sent to him, encounters a woman.
