Synopsis

The Behavioral Analysis Unit was introduced to their new section chief, Mateo Cruz. Unbeknownst to the team, Cruz harbored a history with JJ that spanned years of shared work. He joined them as they canvassed the streets of Baltimore, searching for a perpetrator who rendered victims incapable of speech.
