Synopsis

A series of disturbing discoveries draw the Behavioral Analysis Unit to Santa Monica: the charred remains of homeless individuals appearing near the iconic pier. Simultaneously, Rossi finds himself unexpectedly reunited with a figure from his past – a Marine sergeant he served with in Vietnam.
