Synopsis

A grim series of murders has shaken Milwaukee: women discovered with their hearts brutally excised. The Behavioral Analysis Unit is tasked with the investigation, yet they operate with a significant deficit. Gideon is missing, Hotch is under suspension, and Prentiss has resigned her position to pursue a career with the Foreign Service. With the team weakened, Supervisory Special Agent Strauss assumes leadership, though her field work proves less than effective.
