Synopsis

The Behavioral Analysis Unit was dispatched to investigate a string of bank robberies. It quickly became apparent that financial gain was not the motive; instead, the perpetrator inflicted a disturbing cruelty upon his victims, forcing them to disrobe before departing the scene.
