Synopsis

The Behavioral Analysis Unit traveled to Bethesda, Maryland, to examine a series of four murders that had occurred within a three-day period along the Atlantic coast. The investigation took a deeply personal turn for Alvez when the team uncovered connections to his past: a stint five years prior working with the DEA and Mexican police in the pursuit of a notorious hitman. Adding to the complexity, Alvez and his girlfriend had recently decided to share a home.
