Synopsis

Reid’s discovery of former FBI Special Agent Owen Quinn confined within a storage unit immediately raises suspicion. The Behavioral Analysis Unit finds themselves questioning the veracity of Quinn’s outlandish claims regarding his pursuit of a perpetrator he designated “The Strangler.”
