Synopsis

Emílio blackmails Marocas into marrying him, threatening to show the documents that prove that Dom Sabino committed heinous crimes during the Paraguayan War. Emílio threatens Elza, who ends up handing over the documents signed by Carmen to the villain. To protect his father, Marocas agrees to marry Emílio. Dom Sabino is intrigued by his daughter's sudden decision.
