Synopsis

Jem and Martha solidify their union, taking up residence as lodgers with Miss Matty, whose fortunes have recently declined. Will her friends rally to her support, and will she accept their assistance? Dr. Harrison is urged to depart the town, his reputation irreparably damaged, yet Sophy is ailing and his advanced medical knowledge might offer a cure.
