Synopsis

The loss of Albie Kinsella’s father unsettles him deeply, and shortly thereafter, he commits a violent act, fatally assaulting an Asian newsagent. The incident initially appears to be racially motivated, yet police investigations stall, yielding no significant leads. Simultaneously, criminal psychologist Fitz is struggling to regain control of his own life, reconciling with DCI Bilborough before finding himself drawn into the unsettling complexities of this very case.
