Synopsis

Patrick, in conversation with his business partner Ivan, had made the claim of a wife, among other boasts. When Ivan arrived at the bar, Patrick contrived to enlist Sally and Susan to play the part. The charade grew complicated when Steve, emboldened by the deception, proposed to Susan while she was pretending to be devoted to Patrick. Elsewhere, Jane found herself on a dinner date with Bill, a man she’d flirted with in a pub, though she’d regrettably misjudged her attire for the occasion.
