Synopsis

At 4:12 PM, during roll call, Sergeant Gary Schmidt distributed forms for a stop-smoking class. The practice of distributing these forms was discontinued due to regulations prohibiting officers from smoking after the events of September 11th. The briefing then passed to Captain Tom Daily. The officers subsequently engaged with a burglary suspect and two brothers, followed by a sweep of a crack house.
