Synopsis

At seven-oh-one PM, Officers Angel Calzadilla and Emilio Canciobello arrived at the residence of an elderly man whose home was consumed by a disturbing neglect. Rotting meat lay in decaying packages throughout the house, and the windowsill was thickly coated with dead flies. The man appeared unable to care for himself, and an overturned truck lay nearby.
