Synopsis

Officer Kevin Tempel of the East Patrol recounts the details of the Crime Tips program. Children approach officers, offering baseball cards emblazoned with Kansas City Royals players; the reverse side contains valuable crime information. The initiative was discontinued, but persistent requests from the community led to its reinstatement. During his patrol, Officer Tempel encountered three children, playfully requesting they demonstrate their strength before receiving a small gift of baseballs. T
