Synopsis

Driven by her refusal to accompany him to a methadone clinic, a man takes his girlfriend’s truck. In Key West, a dispute erupts between a customer and his Russian girlfriend. Elsewhere, a woman battling fentanyl addiction steals her parents’ vehicle.
