Synopsis

Law enforcement officers intercepted a recently stolen Dodge Magnum. During an investigation of an individual dealing narcotics, a concealed firearm was discovered within the vehicle's wheel well. Subsequently, a man confessed to struggles with addiction, which led to the recovery of discarded balloons and a depleted nitrous oxide tank.
