Synopsis

He took his girlfriend’s truck after she refused to drive him to hisadone appointment. The driver, visibly agitated, sped away when a police officer glimpsed a photograph of a weapon. A Jeep was found to have been tampered with. Deputies initiated a pursuit, employing a PIT maneuver on the newly stolen vehicle.
