Synopsis

In a coffee shop, a man brandished a knife before being incapacitated with a taser. Law enforcement officers deployed tasers on a suspect wanted under Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives warrants. Elsewhere, a fleeing driver struggled with officers, who responded with tasers. The suspect, during the encounter, asserted that the officers were "hackers," and continued to resist arrest.
