Synopsis

A man in distress was met by the efforts of deputies and their canine partners, who sought to bring him under control. The would-be truck thief, however, proved too drowsy for his illicit endeavor. In a separate incident, an infant was rescued from a vehicle lacking air conditioning, yet containing a significant number of outstanding warrants.
