Synopsis

A routine traffic stop, initiated for a minor seatbelt infraction, spiraled into a chaotic pursuit, leaving everyone involved bewildered. The driver, a known offender with a record in grand theft auto, was discovered in yet another vehicle reported stolen. In a neighborhood marked by hardship, officers also uncovered a significant quantity of narcotics.
