Synopsis

Even a light rain couldn't deter the driver of a four-wheel vehicle from attempting to evade law enforcement. A deputy found himself skeptical of a man who so vehemently claimed to distrust financial institutions. And a man, blinded by convenience, disregarded clear warning signs when purchasing a moped, ultimately incurring a painful consequence.
