Synopsis

A strange calm descends on the officers as a man attempts to persuade them to escort him to jail, a request met with bewildered stares. A flash of anger ignites when a driver tries to navigate the freeway with a truck missing two wheels. The deputies proceed with caution, their senses alert as they approach a man radiating hostility.
