Synopsis

Driven to exhaustion, the suspect, sought for burglary, collapsed after scaling a series of fences. Officers found themselves in a tense standoff with a felon entrenched within his grandmother’s home, unwilling to yield. Elsewhere, a man whose moped presented a dubious appearance found his situation rapidly deteriorating.
