Synopsis

The officers encountered a man in a state of delirium, discovered unclothed on a neighbor's stoop. Elsewhere, a driver attempted to evade the pursuing police on foot, but in his haste, forgot his shoes. A couple, consumed by lingering grief, struggled to find a path forward from a devastating loss.
